Abstract

This article focuses on Syrian Civil War and tries to understand of its history, reasons, evolution, current situation and possible results.

The article refers to structure of ethnicity, religion and politic culture of Syrian demography. These informations are important to understand to citizens’ tendencies and expectations. Also its recent history is the following subject for understanding to current Civil War. Its history mentions from late times of Ottoman to Ba’ath Party, including French mandate, Syrian Republic and United Arap Republic. Each period shows the political reactions and they are helpful for us to constructing a strong basis.

The main body of the article is fourth chapter and it’s divided to seven parts. Reasons and situation of Arap Spring and Syrian Civil War are in first two parts. International supporting to Syrian administration and its opposites are detailed in following two parts. Then, current situation (March 2015) is detailed by especially media sources. There’s also another part about five sides of the war: Bashar al-Assad, Free Syrian Army (FSA), Democratic Union Party (PYD), the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) and al-Nusra. Last part of the chapter refers some main predictions of Syrian Civil War. It’s inspired from Iraq after Saddam and Egypt and Libya after Arap Spring, intervention from the out, resulting by domestic forces. Finally, the article refers to possible results which are important for not only Syria, also all other countries and especially neighbours.

Relevant articles, books and media sources are used in the article and on parts which are about Civil War, different media sources are collected to do a recent picture.
