ABSTRACT
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) concept has been brought by globalization as we face and increases its importance in the world day by day. Corporate social responsibility is a concept that are being implemented with the principle of volunteerism. With each passing day, governments abdicate the markets and due to neoliberal policies which is seen around the world, governments can not provide social services efficiently. As a result; civil society organizations and businesses strive to fill this gap with their social responsibility projects.
Employees of a business are the the most important stakeholders in CSR projects. When it is viewed from this perspective, occupational health and safety (OHS) concept directly affects the workforce, due to occupational health and safety practices are inextricably intertwined with CSR projects. Working conditions and employee health and safety needs are mentioned in CSR projects by the day. Nowadays, industrial safety projects developed with corporate social responsibility projects, hereby more CSR projects should be used to provide occupational safety.
