Abstract
This research aimed to understand the organizational justice perception and organizational citizenship behavior of the employees who has been working in a family firm.
For this reason, 27 employees who has been working in a family firm in Tekirdağ were selected for the sample group of the research. The data were collected by structured interview technique and then the data were analyzed by descriptive analysis. As a result, the majority of participants said they had organizational justice perceptions and showed organizational citizenship behavior. Those who stated that they had organizational justice perception also stated that they showed organizational citizenship behavior. Those who stated that they did not have organizational justice perception said that they did not show organizational citizenship behavior because of unfair practices.
